I want to thank our customers for helping others with questions about Nodal Ninja. Many times our products have simple solutions. Most questions come from people wanting to know what panorama head will work best with thier camera and lens.

Nodal Ninja 180 (NN180)
Great for single row panorama's and small to large cameras (5kgs).
The NN180 will support camera/lens combination's which NN3 and NN5 do not support.
They include stops for dual shot spherical panoramas when using lenses such as Nikon FC-E8/E9 and the Sunex 5.6mm Fisheye. Also supports long converter-camera combination's such as the earlier mentioned FC-E9 and also Raynox DCR-CF185 Pro when using with long prosumer or point and shoot Digital Cameras. Very leightweight (500gr) and cost US$199.95

Nodal Ninja 3 MKII (NN3-II)
Our most popular award winning head which has made Nodal Ninja famous worldwide.
Lightweight, compact and strong - perfect for those on traveling and a popular choice for Real Estate Photographers.
This model supports most point and shoot cameras and many smaller DSLR’s.The standard rotator for NN3-II uses reversible detent rings which give the soundd and feel of click stops when rotating the head. Rings offer the following click stops to form 360 degrees = 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 14, 15, 18, 20, & 24.
Older Nodal Ninja 3's may be easily upgraded to the new MKII with new MKII rotator - no pins, no lock screws needed. Uses precision ball bearing.
And much more advanced rotators are also available.

Nodal Ninja 5 (NN5)
This is the big brother to NN3-II. Bigger and stronger. Built for bigger cameras and medium format cameras.

R-D3L Rotator/Leveler
This is most fancy product we ever developed - the all new R-D3L with new EZ-Leveler-II (second generation) built in. Users can now adjust very fine leveling with loading of heavy gear (10kgs). Unlike leveling using ball head or tripod legs, leveling remains stationary after each adjustment. No more need to compensate for the effect of loading. Maximum angle of adjustment is 5 degrees.

• 3 selectable detent interval options.
  There will be 2 versions. Customers can select either a combination of 6, 8, 10 stops (and coming soon 6, 8, 30 stops). By skipping, one can get 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 stops (or coming soon 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 15, 30 stops respectively). Popular combination's like 3, 4, 6 can also be made upon request.
• Detent interval can be changed in less than 3 seconds  By a simple flip of detent switches, detent interval setting can be changed from one to another on the fly
• This rotator allows you to adjust the "zero" angle position.
• Without moving the tripod, you can point NN in any direction.
• Compact and light weight. Probably this is the most compact and light weight rotator with leveling base built-in-- a mere 350g and a minimum height of 49.5mm.

Recently the mods installed an "english corner" to open a door for international collegues.

Afaik (I'm not a mod) the forum is open to commercial announcements, if not offensive.

Hi Klaus,
I have actually been in and out of this forum for some time but never joined until today for fear of the translation barrier.  But I have learned by aid of a translation program not to let this stop me from exploring.
And if I learn a little German along the way all the better.
One thing for sure - smiles transcend language barriers

My biggest challenge is if someone posts a question to me in German that I might not realize it. But I won't let that stop me and will continue to stop in from to time and enjoy the photo's and threads.

Thank you for the info on commercial announcements as well. I always tread carefully out of resepct for forum decorum.  Later down the road after I learn the forum do and don'ts, and if allowable, I would like to sponsor giveways and/or contests. Do you think this is ok?

I was very eager to join this forum and have stopped by on many occasions over the last few months. So today I jumped in. My first post was a bit long, giving details about our product line, and I made a feeble attempt to include the translated version (courtesy of Babelfish). To my surprise a fellow member jumped in and took the time to provide the proper human translation (thank you pano-toffel). And a couple others quickly followed with warm greetings.
I am quickly learning this forum too is comprised of helpful and friendly users.

I'll look around at some other website transalators, I'm all ears if you or anyone can suggest a good one. Never was really happy with bablefish and many unquie words in this subjetc manner add to the translators confusion. thx again for your assitance.
